Week 1

We’ll cover the R.C.C. method and why it is so powerful. You’ll learn how to use homes for sale as a supplement to your marketing, not the primary focus of your marketing, along with the process on how to create huge amounts of video to win. 

Week 2

The Collect Phase overview. We’ll show you how to create content that converts. Together we’ll develop specific content that is targeted to everyone who consumed your content in the Reach Phase. 

Week 3

Now that we have prospects rolling in, we need follow up. Now we can do this manually or we can automate it. This week we’ll cover the video follow-up that will out convert your competition.

Week 4

Now it is time to differentiate. We need an irresistible offer. This is an offer or a guaranty you can deploy to separate you from the competition allowing you to take more listings with no risk to the client

Week 5

It is time for the final Convert Phase. We’ll build a few different campaigns to straight up ask for the order from all of the prospects who registered in the collect phase. 

Week 6

This 2023 market (and maybe even 2024) sucks… Let’s call it what it is. 

Inventory is down. Interest rates are up.

It is hard to get excited about real estate in this climate. I have had so many conversations with agents just like you who are fighting to get a competitive edge to make sure they are still growing.

Let me give you a quick sneak peak of how things are different over here…

First, if you are creating content right now saying it is a great time to buy a home, STOP. Pay attention to the data. Consumer confidence in the real estate market is dwindling. Now I don’t believe we are headed for a crash by any means, but right now the only people buying homes are those that have to and those that are worried they are missing out. 

Sure there are a ton of exceptions. Cash buyers and so on. 

All of your marketing should be focused on identifying these people. If you are having conversations and find yourself trying to convince people it is ok to buy right now, you’re probably exhausted. 

Now, through all the uncertainty with the commission lawsuits, dual agency issues, and the potential de-coupling of the buyer agency commission when listing a home for sale. (I think that would be a great thing if that happened by the way.)

This is why content matters so much right now

You see to win, you don’t need to be the best. In fact you don’t even need a ton of experience. All you need to be is known. I remember Grant Cardone saying, “If you don’t know me, you can’t flow me.”

So what if your entire goal in marketing and advertising was to no longer stress about “bottom of the funnel” leads? What if now, your focus was to become so well known in your local marketplace that you were the perceived only choice?

It is not as expensive as you think it is to grow a huge local brand

All you need is one ingredient; Consistency. 

If you create enough content, the data will show you what works. If you are only creating content once per day, you’ll never get there. 

I have said this countless times this year. 

There is no magic email.

There is no magic video.

There is no magic sms.

There is no magic follow-up.

There is no magic landing page.

There is only consistency and learn. 

I heard someone say on a podcast once that there is only one formula to growth. Do something, track something, adjust. That is it. 

You could get leads from Zillow and other companies and pay huge referral fees just to “get by” for now…

Nothing wrong with Zillow… It just can’t be more than half of your business. Trust me, the tides will change.
