[00:00:00] I was on this conversation a little while ago about something that a lot of agents tell me all the time like all the time I hear this and that's, I have to get my standard operating procedures, my SOPs, or I need systems or I need some level of organization to my business. And some people need it.
[00:00:15] Most people don't. And what I mean by that is there are a lot of things that need to happen in your business before you systemize your business. There's probably a specific revenue goal that you need to get to before you systemize the business. There's probably a specific revenue goal you need to get to before you leverage the business.
[00:00:33] There's probably a specific revenue goal that you need to get to before you make your first hire, your fifth hire, your 10th hire. And of course, there are ways through Quantum Leap. That we can circumvent a lot of this, but at the end of the day, revenue controls everything. And here's what I said in this conversation.
[00:00:48] A system is nothing more than a process that when done over and over again, yields the same predictable result. Most people think a system is a CRM or a system is a software program, or a system is a [00:01:00] notebook, or a system is a iPad, or and those are all examples like a crm. We u we power everything with HubSpot.
[00:01:07] HubSpot is. A system, man, it does help operationalize the three different companies that we run. It brings everything into one dashboard. It makes marketing easy from one thing, but I want to make it clear. Deploying something as big as HubSpot or Keep or Salesforce or Follow a Boss or whatever you're using is nothing more than a tool that makes the system you want to deploy a reality.
[00:01:29] Because remember, a system is nothing more than a process that when used or executed on multiple times in a row will yield the same predictable result. A software does not give you the same predictable result. Now, once you use the software to do i e your system, that's what yields the specific result.
[00:01:47] So if you are at the beginning of the year right now, and you're going through New Year's resolutions and planning and all of that fun stuff, and you're sitting here thinking I need more systems, because systems are the lack of [00:02:00] systems that I have is the distance or the gap that I have getting and getting what I want.
[00:02:04] Could be true, it could not be true. But what I know is true about most of you, what I know is true about us, is that if you solve the revenue problem first, the systems, you need those symptom. We'll show up automatically, right? It's not systems first. Growth later. Trust me on this. You wanna have a conversation around this or you're curious as to how that works, or maybe just have questions, whatever.
[00:02:24] Do me a favor, comment below. Message me on Facebook. If you're interested to find out how we're using systems to scale a nationwide team and how we need to build a massive network to make that happen, you should message me and I'll give you a link to tell you how that works as well. Systems are nothing more than a process that when done over and over again yields you the same predictable result.
[00:02:43] Happy 2023. Hope you're crushing it. See you on the next one.
